Nikki was found beside her deceased owner, the only person she had ever known. In a single moment, her entire world changed. She was taken to the shelter, confused and grieving, and came heartbreakingly close to being euthanized.

Thankfully, Nikki was pulled just in time and is now safe. But safety is not the same as home, and Nikki is urgently searching for her forever family.

Nikki needs to be the only dog in the home, but she makes up for it with endless love. She adores every person she meets and at this stage in her life wants nothing more than a soft place to rest and someone to cuddle with. She is gentle, affectionate, and deeply loyal once she feels secure.
